To emerge is to come to light
Emergence is being or coming into view and it is the realization that we have not been awake in our own lives: that we have drifted away from our true intentions, or denied our true selves.
Change in the house of Self
What elements are essential to the changing self? Vehemence and emergence is about self-recognizing and self- exploration aiming for the the synchronicity and wellness of our bodies, minds, and spirits; this means that change is an essential component, but what makes change in the Self?
Body Economics
Our bodies are the most present and seemingly controllable of all of the aspects of our beings. The effort we put into our bodies is proven in results; in that way could say that the body is economical. The currency we use to buy ourselves fit bodies, for instance, is a combination of healthy eating, exercise, and sleep.
