Something has changed, I think it is me. I no longer look back and see only my mistakes, now I can see all of the people I am grateful for. I see the lessons I have learned and appreciate the experiences I have had.
Part of that is owed to the people I have met, the women who have guided me with their intelligence, their strength, and their wisdom.

Is thinking opposed to feeling or do they work together? How can we use our feelings to generate wellness? We look at feeling in the body, emotional mind and spirit to see how each aspect utilizes feeling to create impressions that help us in the development of holistic wellness. Whatever we continuously do in place of the things we are actually supposed to be doing becomes an avoidance habit. Avoidance habits give us the feeling of being productive when we know we are supposed to be producing something else. Like the procrastination cycle from my last post, these habits are perpetual and can become hard to break.
