John O’ Donahue’s book Anam Cara was my first introduction to Celtic Wisdom and since that time, over a decade, now I have encountered and explored many other wisdom traditions, now including, the Yoga Sutra and the spiritual teachings of yoga. While I appreciate and am grateful for a comprehensive viewpoint, I consider the Druidic and Celtic perspective to be my home base.
